Terri Ross Hair Color and Styling Group 30 years ago, Terri Ross was already well known on the North Shore and throughout Chicagoland as one of the area's most skillful and talented hair color technicians.  Her skill at understanding the chemistry of hair color combined with her innate ability to recognize a client's desire, even when she can't put it into words, earned her a top spot at several of Chicago's leading and trendy salons.

After years of working at top salons and gaining an impressive list of notable clients, Terri recognized the need for a mid-sized salon with a more relaxed atmosphere.  She also wanted to run a business where all of her employees were paid fairly and treated with the respect that one deserves when they have reached the top of their field.

To that end, J.
